Our Guarantee & Return Policy

Farmington Gardens wants you to be successful. Should you have questions or concerns about your plants, our staff is here to help. Call, email or come in and let our experts give you the answers you need.

 

  • All sales are FINAL on ANNUALS, VEGETABLES, HOUSEPLANTS, HANGING BASKETS, BULK PRODUCTS, SPECIAL ORDERS, FLORAL, SERVICES (including delivery, installation, design, consultation, shipping, and floral services) as well as any item marked ALL SALES FINAL.

 

  • Holiday items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. No returns for holiday items will be accepted after December 20, 2022

 

  • All other items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund, if in the same condition as purchased. Refunds will be issued via credit card, gift card, or store credit. We DO NOT GIVE CASH BACK.

 

  • Hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials (USDA Zone 7 or below) are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase if properly planted and cared for. Guarantee will be extended to 1 Year if returned item was originally installed by Farmington Gardens.

 

  • Refunds after 7 days will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

  • Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as determined by Farmington Gardens management.

 

  • All returns must be accompanied by both product and receipt to receive a refund.

 

  • All returns FINAL (no refunds or returns of previously returned items or replacements)

 

  • Rewards points earned or redeemed on original purchase, will be adjusted upon return.

 

Farmington Gardens reserves the right to revoke our guarantee in cases of intentional misuse of this guarantee, as determined by Farmington Gardens management.
